    Damages during shipping:
    All packs are 100% insured!!!
    IF DAMAGE IN DELIVERY:

    IMPORTANT!!! You need to open the box with the courier. Packs are send with signature required option. Customer need to sign for a pack.
    If you find problem SIGN WITH delivery gay a report of this damage, this is important because if you accept pack and sign in without check the pack this mean you accept the pack in good condition and we can't claim the insurance of pack.
    After that please send me information as soon as possible, signed document and pictures. You need to send me this information within 48 after pack is received.
    You can't open a case for a damaged pack if you you don't have of photos of the box showing the damage (before open it).

    Returns:
    If you are not satisfied of our products we are accepting returns.
    If you not liked our quality or by any other reason you may return the item. Buyers is responsible for return shipping costs!!! If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You need to insure the pack when return it.

    Cancellations:
    We are accepting cancelation at any time before pack is shipped.
    If you want to cancel the order you need to contact with us as soon as possible because some packs are shipped within several hours.
    * For custom orders we accept cancelation before start making: if we already start making your product and you want to cancel it - we will refund 80% of total amount.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Almost all of our products are made by order. We can make any size and shape by your specifications. Please send us a question: we usually respond within 1-3 hours (we are located in Europe)

    Color options

    We can offer more than 1000 colors. We can't show all colors in our listings. So if you want some unique color please don't haste to contact with us.

    VAT / Import duties fee
